While I'm a little skeptical of the simple equation of light rail = livable and vibrant city, I love the concrete, attractive, and understandable visual depiction of a future Kansas City. The real world street names, identifying open parking lots that could be interesting buildings and the real life/imagined life street scenes all work for me.
