I run marketing and customer satisfaction for Six Apart Ltd focused on making bloggers successful. My past career includes online marketing and web site development for small businesses, web technologies for Fidelity Investments, and running the online and direct sales business for Design Within Reach.
I graduated from Kenyon College with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Political Science. (And yes, I like to argue.)
